AFRI EXPO TEXTILE values responsibility and accountability for team and individual goals, success and drawbacks within the organisation. The organisation goes further to value respect for staff members, partners and suppliers in all business activities because their contribution is valuable, and also strive to help or assist and improve communities where it operates (social responsibility ). Integrity is essential trait for successful employee-employer relationship, so AFRI EXPO TEXTILE believes that honesty, uptight and fairness in all interaction shapes with one another earn reputation by adhering moral and ethical standards.
As people, we may think that for an organisation to up and run the government may have contributed, but with AFRI EXPO TEXTILE, it is different, the company has succeeded to be established without the government assistance or policy being specific/targeted to indiginous people. It has risen from one hundred and thirty employees to four hundred and thirty, within the space of three to four years and managed to employ Taiwanese and Chinese nationals in the establishment and employment entity. Covid-19 pandemic has driven to closing of many industries within the short period of time but AFRI EXPO TEXTILE has managed to survive it and it's effects.
As the saying goes, " no matter where you are, inspire and empower women around you. Success is never reached alone, and, wisdom and wealth are sweeter shared". AFRI EXPO TEXTILE has successfully empowered a lot of women such that within the ownership of the company there is a woman. Not only that it is co-owned by a woman, the production manager is a woman. Moreover, ninety-five percent of its managerial team and ninety-six percent of supervisors are women. Most of all ninety percent of labour force are women too.
